Ingenious Honda i-VTEC technology for continuous control of both valve timing and lift is equipped on two intelligent engines: 2.4 liter DOHC i-VTEC and 3.5 liter V6 i-VTEC VCM (Variable Cylinder Management), designed for higher power, lower fuel consumption, and low exhaust emissions. Further enhancing fuel economy,VCM limits unnecessary fuel use by partially halting the action of some cylinders through freely controlled engine displacement.ANC (Active Noise Control) ensures silence in the cabin by producing a noise-canceling tone from the speaker and reducing the muffled engine sound from unused cylinders.
